Judge rules on constitutionality of tax credit bonds

To be an accredited investor, an individual must have a net worth of at least $1 million, not including the value of their primary residence, or have an annual income of at least $200,000 for the past two years (or $300,000 with a spouse) and expect the same for the current year. In addition, certain entities, such as banks, insurance companies, and registered investment companies, are also considered accredited investors if they meet specific criteria.
